Ok so tonight I will look for some quilt pics to post. So Mom and Ezma, have and pics to post? Although I don't know if I want to see pics of food, Ezma...that just might push me over the edge. I can see me know, licking the screen...

Whoo hoo! Dance on! But why not return the dresses if they are too big now, and go for a smaller size? You know you will continue to lose weight over the next 4 months or so, so really, treat yourself. Exchange them for ones at a minimum one size smaller (to be conservative) and 2 sizes smaller if you are feeling more adventurous.

So haow about it, RSG? Want to set up a table that can accommodate both "a X pounds at start/ xpounds today/x pounds to go" and a "stayed the same/went up/went down" recording style? Hey, that made sense in my head, but on re-reading I'm not certain it does...

slight unfill...will i start gaining?

At one point this summer, I had to have a slight unfill. I too was worried about gaining weight, but that didn't happen - I was very careful in my food choices. A month later, I returned to the clinic, was weighed and had lost weight. 1/2 of the saline removed was re-filled. -
Yeah, having the substance out of the house is a help when resistence is low (although not a guarantee Tap sagely says knowing the quick trip to the store that can be done....). But if I were to throw out all the nuts I'd waste a blessed fortune at the price of nuts! So, I am just going to have to resist them. 2 nights down, only 4 more to go! How sad is that, that I am counting down days until I allow myself something to eat? This is not good, but perhaps the 'completely forgetting/obsessing about food' mind-set will come in time.

I'd love to be able to draw or write, but alas, those talents are not mine! I'm like Mom2_4 into needlework/sewing. I supposed I could post a pic of a quilt or two, and if I ever got motivated again, I have bazillion UFOs (unfinished objects) that need some long-overdue attention. :redface:

Can you hear them??? They are calling to me.....it's 740 at night, I just ate a slice of melon to try and beat the cravings/silence the voices in my head. But still the nuts are calling: we miss you; we are here - high in Protein and good for you (#$@%$##$ they know which buttons to push) Make them stop!!!!!!

HEY RSG, I'm uncomfortable with posting my weight, HOWEVER I'm all for a reporting of down X pounds:thumbs_up:, or holding steady:huh2:, or EEKS:eek: I'm up X pounds on a weekly basis. One of my little quirks, but I just can't get to posting my actual weight.

A couple off by next week? WOW! I've never had that experience...1/2 pound/week is my average. I'll take it, but that doesn't mean I don't wish I could lose a few pounds a week. 5 by Hallowe'en is my goal - 5 freakin' pounds by Hallowe'en. If I dont' meet that, the scary face and unearthly screams you here on October 31st are MINE, not supernatural!!

Hi Officeslave I report daily on the 'What did you eat today' thread in the nutrition forum. Lots of idea are in there, as well as a great idea to see what others are eating.

Sadly, a huge bag of almonds is in my freezer (I hid them there in the hopes that my forgetfulness will allow them to be hidden - huh, right!), a huge bag of pecans is in the baking cupboard, along with a bag of walnuts. The pistachio's and peanuts are similarly lurking.... My house is one big dangerzone...Resist, resist, resist...
