Glou/Slim - I REALLY don't miss PMS'ing...nor do I miss having periods for that matter. PJTP - Goodnight all...430am comes early.
-
The Y at which I am member, has this machine. I use it on a rotational basis - cycling one day, elliptical another, treadmill, etc. It is a good workout testing other muscles.

madame diplomacy!

It is not in the least whiny, Slim. It is an eloquent expression of heart-felt emotions....(I don't FB either)

but as an administrator, you are above such childish sneaky ploys....nyah nyah ne nah nah (or however it is spelled)

While the pizza delivery guy watched in eager anticipation of the orgy that was sure to follow......

I don't know whether to be impressed with your dedication and energy, or pissed off that I seem sooooo lazy by comparison. :tt1: Did my usual upper body workout this morning, then did 35 min on the bike. Then as I had an appointment downtown, I walked the extra couple of miles to/from it. Where oh where are some of other posters? RSG? Minx? I know LilMiss is posting in her Accountability thread in general support....

Your parents sat you down??? Mine didn't...but that's ok, because as far as I am concerned they know nothing about sex. My mind will not accept that they could. Nope. Impossible.

Hee hee! Men and women MUST wear suits; men must wear ties as well. No open toed shoes or bare arms for the women. I am all for dressing professionally, but the CEO and Chair of the Board have gone just a tad too far IMO. I think it is a reaction to the previous CEO's 'business casual' dress code that had women in micro-mini's, decolletage exposing halters, and men in cut-offs and tank tops.... not good when VIPs come for meetings etc. Ditto! With respect to Shakespeare, will all my morning coffee drown that image from my mind??? And yes, Newfoundland dogs are gorgeous...drooly, but sweet natured. I though always feel sorry for them when they aren't in a cool marine climate - as they are a northern Water dog. Snort! Yep... Hey BBK; glad to see you back. You have been missed. Re: finances. DH and I have separate accounts. Whoever has the money to pay a bill, pays it. I don't know what money he has or he, me. Having both been in a relationship where there were joint accounts, when the breakups came, we both got burned. So we agreed, separate accounts - it has worked for us. Susan - I am so sorry to hear of your troubles; and glad to hear that you are working on things. Well said. Think I'm now caught up... Morning all. Late today as I had an eye appointment - ewww....I don't know how opthamologists can be opthamologists. ICK ICK ICK I don't do eyes!! I don't wear mascara because that's just getting too close to those gelatinous blobs.. Getting drops in was ...interesting for her!

Happy Birthday! I hope the joy of the day isn't marred by me taking MY trophy!

See Manatee, that kind of review ALMOST makes me want to see it, just to compare notes! But, I won't.... Tonight's movies were: Spiral staircase - a really old B&W - a weak 3 Antwone Fischer - 3 and a bit.
-
TravelAnna - yes indeed, a good week with lots of variety to the exercise, and people to do things with. Need to add to my day's quota - went out for a BRISK 35 min walk at lunch....the wind is biting (putting the temp below freezing....brrrr).
-
Is the weight going up or down? Up - the batteries are going; down - nope, it is real!
-
Yes indeed, what she said!

Thanks Need to clean - harumph!! It is a pleasure to clean, therapeutic, happy thing! So you get the pleasure of the company without the expense of the vet bills or walks on a crappy rainy day! He is so cute! But don't the other dogs laugh at him?

 Nope, there is school that creates them by the hundreds...maybe thousands! I am presently working for a woman who is obviously a graduate of their masters, maybe PhD program! Another reason I look forward to retirement, or a work-from-home job...I HATE wearing a suit every day and nylons, and pumps with purse to match.... And update on the job situation: was offered, and subsequently turned down, the position that would require me to move 1500 miles (some of them north); still awaiting word on the work-from-home-50% of the time job. The interview for it was BRUTAL...and I'm someone who usually loves interviews (a wonderful opportunity to think on your feet, and demonstrate your communication skills first hand).

But shiny....if the wind was behind you, think of the speed you could get!!!

symptoms of gall bladder issues
tapshoes replied to innwtitdtity's topic in POST-Operation Weight Loss Surgery Q&A
I did not suffer from a lot of the 'classic' symptoms such as pain after certain greasy foods, etc. I had nausea, constant unrelenting nausea for months, many months. Finally, I was diagnosed with gallstones, but even then it was only removed after one night in which I suddenly experienced a sharp upper body pain, and started to become jaundiced. Had emergency surgery and ta-da, everything improved -
And Tap takes the lead....

Winning is such a wonderous feeling....pity the rest of you who cannot experience it!

Fancy words? Ah shucks, Plain. Exactly! And ditto!
