Has anyone been nervous about what their body will look like after... like maybe my butt isn't so bad now, what if I lose all the good things about my shape/body/me!? Am I just overthinking!?

I can't say there's anything that "isn't so bad now" that I care what it looks like after weight loss (other than maybe my feet! lol). I'm not looking forward to my boobs being "useless hanging blobs of skin" (LOL) as @gowalking said - but I can live with it. If after surgery I have "NOASSATALL" like we refer to my sister - I'm okay with that too! :-)

Where I live the skinnier the better, but I honestly don't worry about it at all. For one thing, I was never skinny, I was 140's in high school which is normal weight for my height but of course I thought I was fat. I gained weight in college, but lost it back and was 140's when I got married 28 years ago. After 4 big babies in 6 years and just decades of eating what I want and not taking care of ME I am now 248. Realistically I don't think I will ever be 140's again. I don't need to be. But my blood pressure is going up and my feet, legs and knees hurt and I am tired of hardly being able to fit in the seat at movie theaters or buckling up on airplanes. I am past the point of imagining myself as hot (honestly, I never felt that way) but my husband is still crazy about me and I don't see that changing. I want to get healthy so I can be around for my kids' weddings and grandkids.
