I'm afraid of smoking but Ive been doing it because im just addicted to it. I miss food and because I do I smoke to take mind off. I always smoked when I dieted . My mind is all screwed up. -

I'm 6 day post op. I'm so depressed on this diet . I'm so sad I never realized I was so addicted to eating . Chewing! I'm about to start smoking again I'm a mess.... Help

Well I'm going to get slammed here. I am 6 days post op and I picked up a cigarette! I'm trying not to inhale but you know how that goes. I'm so mentally hungry and I did not know the missing I would have of the companionship of eating with my sweetheart! I go in our bedroom when he cooks. I'm super depressed and now beating myself up for smoking too! Cry most of the time ???? Please help me !!!

I'm 6 days post op and I am having such anxiety and I never realized my associations with food . This liquid diet is killing me. I seriously am crying daily not because I'm truly hungry but because I mentally am attached to food. The chewing the companionship with my husband at meal time. I go in our room when he starts to cook. I'm so depressed. Anyone feel this ?

You should however call your doctor ASAP to see if normal pain is what your having!

This is my 6 th day post op and I was sore too all over ! Yes maybe doing too much. I don't have pain today. So I'm sure yours will pass!

I'm scared to death that I can't quit ! I will try again tomorrow! Dr. Told me a month before surgery I have to quit ! No e cigs. He said lozenges ok with nicotine or gum. But isn't that nicotine? I don't get it Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
