Hi Meshell:
Good for you! How much more do you need to lose?
I have my lap band for two months now. I will go to
my doctor this coming Friday. Don't know if I will have
a fill yet. I have lost two dress sizes so far!

Honestly, my weight loss has been gradual. My doctor is great, if I want a fill he puts it in and if it;s too much he sees you after hours (at no charge) to take some out. I didnt loose a lot of weight in the start, it took a good 4 months. But you know we are all different and loose at different rates. In a years time, look back and then total what you have lost and I bet it is much better than what you would have done without the band. Goodluck to you, you can do it!! -
hey meshell, congratulations. i have a question to ask, i recently got banded and my doc is extremely conservative with the fill. i had the band 4 mths and klost 1 lb. i have a 10cc band and only 1cc fill. how did you lose the weight

Hi, I would like to be added to the list, have no idea of how to do it. I have lost 73kg which i believe equates to 160 pounds and I am still going.
