Skittish

Since my surgery, my blood sugar levels have been dropping a lot. Today when I woke up it was 70. I had 6 ounces watered down orange juice then an hour later a premier Protein shake. Three hours later my blood is 80. My questions are: Will a glucose tablet cause dumping syndrome? I am still on pureed foods, so what would be good to eat that won't cause other problems? I am worrying about it too much? Thanks
