I was sleeved on the 10th October, have recovered well and am now on full liquids. In the past 8 days since coming home from hospital i have lost no weight whatsoever (preop and in hospital i have lost 9kg, (22lb) starting weight 99kg (218lb)). I know stalls are to be expected but week 1 and 2? The clinic says i may just be a slow looser which freaks me out! Has anyone had this happen then had decent weight loss after? I decided to go a different route this time. A whole new team. He is one of the most experienced Doctors in this field so you'll be in good hands! Have you started your pre-op diet yet? I start the preop diet next Sun. Its terrible but i feel like going out for a few meals before then as i plan on avoiding restaurants for the rest of the year.
