    I do not like bickering. This is America, free-speech is still allowed. I certainly do not care for bullying. We have all been bullied for being overweight at some point. Everyone should respect each other's opinions good or bad right or wrong. Be kind to one another as this has been a golden rule for a very long time! We are all blessed to have the opportunity to have the surgery. There are so many others still waiting for this gift. I have been wanting it for at least 15 to 20 years and was finally blessed with the gift. Happy losing everyone! For once I'm glad to be a loser! Sent from my iPad using the BariatricPal App

    I know I will never drink carbonated drinks again! I hate diet drink so I would want regular Coke Or root beer! I would be happy with some of that "not your grandfather's root beer alcoholic beverage"! I took a sip of it and it is delicious. I was addicted to real Coke! I was told at my bariatric Center never to indulge in carbonated beverages again. But this did not hurt my feelings! Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App

    Black stool can be from pepto bismol or Iron or Multivitamins with iron. If none of these apply to you, sounds like upper GI bleed! Especially if it smells awful! Get in wit PCP or ur surgeon stat. Sent from my iPad using the BariatricPal App

    I would eat the 5.3 ounces of yogurt if u have no problems. Only slowly over at least 20-30 min. U will recognize full when u try foods not in a soft/liquid stage! meats, cheese eggs etc Sent from my iPad using the BariatricPal App
