The gas is from the surgery ...they blow up your inside to work on you...it takes 2 days or so to work out...walking is the best solution.... thunder32

So down to 220 from surgery on June 20 when I was 277...was 315 when I started in January....problem now is my tailbone hurts when I sit for any time at all and my ribs and hips hurt when I lay down or when sleeping....it is really starting to effect my sleep....question is -- is this common and is it due to not having any padding ? thunder32
