I am 4 weeks post op and the constipation is no joke. I am taking miralax every other day, colace 2-3x daily and still need a suppository 1-2x weekly. I also use milk of magnesia every few days. My dr said just keep doing what i am doing amd use suppositories as i need them. She said i can start Fiber at 5 weeks but i may start sooner. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App -

I am 3 1/2 weeks post op amd have tired as well. My doctor yesterday told me not to push it. That our insides are still healing.
