  1. I had surgery on the first week of june. So far, I've lost 28 pounds, and I'm quite happy with it. I'm 25 years old, have lots of friends and an active social life. I'm worried I will never be able to go to restaurants again or have some drinks with my friends. I'm eating soft foods, no carbs (following my doctor's orders), very little portions, but I still feel nauseous every time I eat something... it's making me feel a little bit depressed and wonder if my condition is going to improve? I do not want to tell everyone about my procedure, because I don't feel like having to justify it to everyone I know... My question here is, would I ever be able to eat "normal" again (I understand about the portions, and I really want to take care of me eating the right food) but I also want to know If I'll ever be able to go out again and have fun without being nauseous or being worried about the menu? Thanks!
  2. Hello there. I'm starting my fourth week after the surgery. So far, I've been able to stick to my diet and I've been okay. Before the procedure, I never really... "liked" butter chicken, but for a strange reason, I've been craving it for the last couple of days. I'm still on my puree food, so I won't be having any butter chicken any time soon. I was just curious... I wanted to know if anyone had it and how it felt? How long after the surgery? Thanks a lot!
  3. It's an Indian recipe. Here, this is the definition that I found on Wikipedia: Butter chicken or murgh makhani (Hindi: मुर्ग़ मक्खनी) (pronounced [mʊrg məkʰaːniː]) is an Indian dish[4] of chicken in a mildly spiced curry sauce. It is served in India and abroad. The dish has its roots in Punjabi cuisine and was developed by the Moti Mahal restaurant in Delhi, India.[5]
