Hi all, I've struggled with my weight most of my life so finally decided i needed to make a big change. I'm booked in for my pre-op appointment this Wednesday and have the surgery in 8 days time, on Monday 4th July. Its self funded. I downloaded this app when i made the choice to go with surgery and it seem there's some mixed feelings and success rates. It's all left me feeling a bit anxious and nervous! I've started my pre-op diet (i actually started it early just to try and get used to it) and its been going ok...a few little slips ups but nothing too major. I'd really appreciate if anyone could share their experience, what i should expect and any little tips you might have. I'm determined to make this a success so your input will help me start this journey positively. Thanks in advance to anyone who can help settle some nerves!! Stuart
