~Benign or not, they're taking it out, right? I hope?! Seriously, they really aren't going to leave that thing in there, are they? ~I'm still praying! ~SCORE!! The kids will so appreciate it! ~LOL! ~Sounds like a nice day so far! I'm thinking we all might need an unfill right before the trip out to your place, Lu. Between you, Tap, KC and me, we've got some people who like to cook. We could be in trouble! :wink2: So glad to hear your friend gets out tomorrow. How's he feeling? PJTP: Got nearly all of my work done this AM while DH took DD to the grocery store! Got payroll and bills done as well as the monthly payroll deposit. All I have left to do is reconcile the bank statements with the accounts. This afternoon we all went to see Aliens in the Attic. It was cute. Wouldn't have broken my heart to miss but I'm not sorry we went. DD isn't too sure if she liked it or not. I think she liked parts but then some of it scared her a little, I think. She never really said. It'll come out in a day or two. Afterwards hit the Farmer's Market for some fruit. I also bought a bunch of kale. I've been wanting some Greens, Beans and Tomatoes so I bought some and I'll make it this weekend. Well, I'd better go start dinner. If anyone is hungry. DD ate a soft pretzel and DH had a huge bucket of popcorn! Oh! I forgot! Slept ALL night, well except for the 2 times I had to use the restroom! DD slept ALL night! WhooHoo! AND I got to sleep in a little. Feeling MUCH better today! BBL!

~ It WAS wonderful! And your week sounds wonderful too! Yep, a parade might have been slightly over the top! LOL! ~ Awww, thanks! I try REALLY hard! Some days I have to try harder than other days! LOL! ~ That is so much BULLSHIT! I can't believe people do that crap! So we have fatties that are against other fatties because they're not FAT ENOUGH?! Yeah, okay, that makes a lot of sense. Kinda like a dark skinned black person being all over a light skinned black person b/c the lighter skin isn't DARK enough! WTH! ~ That's why I didn't do a profile. They wanted too much info. ~ Yeah, I forget that this isn't a private chat room just for us sometimes. I try to be careful and generalize more about where I'm at but it wouldn't be too hard to figure it out. And I talk WAY too much too! ~ LOL! It's funny b/c I always think of you and your newfie when I'm on the rescue website. I so want to love on your newfie! I'm so envious!! ~ Oopps! Didn't read the rules did she?! PJTP: Got my new herbs planted this afternoon. Winter Savory, Oregano, Basil, Parsley. I still need to get some Thyme and maybe a few other ones. Maybe a mint or 2. We'll see. Will have to wait for next spring for those tho. We'll also have to see what makes it thru the winter. Have no idea! Okay, less than 10 minutes til DD heads to bed then me soon after. Have a great night all! See ya on the 'morrow!

~ LOL! Sorry! I didn't even catch that. I started to say good god but hate using the Lord's name as an expletive so changed it to goodness gracious. Rat's ass is my favorite expletive right now but with a mina bird toddler in the house, don't dare say that one out loud! Another fav is "bloody hell" but alas as with the above, doesn't dare pass my lips for little ears to hear and repeat! DH would know immediately where it had to have come from! And with my luck, she'd say it in church, standing next to Pastor with his mic on! Yep, would never live that one down! ~ Ohhhhh! See! I knew just the place to go to get some good answers to my questions! LBT is wonderful!!! Thanks, KC! ~ Sounds busy but nice. ~ Haven't made any of my reunions yet. The next one will be the 25th in 2 years. I will probably go to that one. Tho not real excited about it. Just not into those things. ~ Have fun shopping for an outfit! ~ SO HAPPY FOR YOU!!!!! ~ Hope you had a good walk! ~ Yep, me too. Started gaining weight after HS. Yuck! ~ Me either. The more casual the better. My wedding dress was a white formal from JC Penney b/c I couldn't see spending all that money on a dumb dress I was only going to wear once! ~ Got some much needed ME time today. Was gone for 4 hours! And enjoyed every minute of it! ~ I'm flippin' exhausted! I haven't had a solid night of sleep in over a week. ~ When you find someone to cook and clean for you, send 'em over to my place when you're done! ~ It's not part of our plan either. The too few I get tho aren't a big deal. If it happened more often or I was going to start using that option, then I'd just upgrade my plan. ~ Not sure I'm real interested in my next reunion either. ~ Okay, that's just SAD. That also means that she doesn't clean. Help or no help, clean your nasty self! I don't care how big you are, wash anyway!!! Even at my mom's heaviest (she's a bypasser) she was meticulous about cleaning EVERYTHING, daily and making sure to dry thoroughly to make sure she didn't have any skin issues. PJTP: Had a nice 4 hours by myself today. Left the house and ran a couple of errands. Then went to the nursery and bought some more herbs for a soon to be empty pot in the garden. Wandered up to the lake and went thru a couple of shops. bought a jar candle called Cinnamon Sticks! Yummm! Then wandered down to the bakery and sat with my water and a good book. When lunch came, took my time eating while reading and enjoying the breeze. So nice!! Now if I can just get a solid night of sleep, I'll be golden! I'm about to spike DD's water to get her to sleep thru the frickin' night! Haven't had a decent night in well over a week! I told DH the other day that I just wanted to go rent a hotel room for the night so I can sleep! LOL! Okay, out of water. Need to go refill. BBL.

That's what I'm afraid of! I finally went smaller b/c DH kept handing me EVERYTHING to hold on to b/c I had room in my purse! Now I got a kid too! Yikes! Bring on the therma care back wraps! He needs one of those wallets with a chain. He just clips it to his belt loop and if it falls outta his pocket, it's still attached! :w00t: See, that's exactly what I'm afraid of! My other purse held everything I needed, and it had to all go in a certain way or it wouldn't fit. Sunglasses and keys got tossed on top b/c they wouldn't fit at all. Now, no luck, gotta go bigger! :frown: And cherry chapstick fits in a pocket. That's kind of what I thought you might say. On dailyplate, even with NO activity, they still have my calorie load pretty high. Tip 'em well and they don't give a rat's ass why you're there! LOL! Good point!! Goodness gracious, what the hell is that thing???!!!! ~~~~~~~~~~~ PJTP: New bag will get a test tomorrow as I've got some errands to run, then I'm running away from home for a couple of hours. :w00t: DH doesn't know it yet but that's my plan! Question for ya! I've been having a little bottle of Starbucks Lite Mocha Frapp in the evenings. I'm trying to figure out which spirits to add to it to spike it up a little! The only ones I can think of would be rum or vodka but I'm not sure either of those would be a good idea. I also thought about some Bailey's and thought might have some possibilities, either the original or the new mint, is it? What do you all think? Other than HS where I'd drink anything and a lot of it as long as it was free, I have no real experience with spirits of the alcohol world. Educate me please! Okay, off to bed. I'm exhausted! 'Night!

Thanks for the update! Sounding a lot better than last night! Prayers that he continues to improve and gets outta there ASAP! (Tho that will still be awhile yet.) Great news on your surgery! Prayers that it goes well and you have instant relief! Let us know as it gets closer. I know for me, I can't remember what I did a few days ago, let alone what is happening a couple of weeks from now! LOL! Sounds like you have a nice weekend coming up. Enjoy!! Glad you found your sweet spot! I think I'm there too but I just need to stop eating all frickin' day! We've wanted a newfie, like forever! DH has always liked them and when he showed me all about them, I fell in love too. I've always liked big dogs. Danes, giant Mastiffs, etc., so the newfie is right up my alley! I'M looking but we really AREN'T looking! LOL! Now isn't really a good time. I'm going to be gone most of September and we just can't plain afford to adopt a newfie right now. The rescue place STARTS at $500 and goes up to $1000, depending on what they've had to expend on the dog. They're a non-profit so have to recoup some of their costs. We may decide later to rescue a lab for now. Then save up and rescue a newfie later. Labs are another favorite of ours. I know what you mean by having days where you just seem to need to eat ALL day! I did that yesterday. The sad thing is, I'm eating around my band. I eat til full, wait an hour or so, then eat again, or I'm munching on crap all day. Yeah, not good. But I agree with Lu in that it sounds like you're way outputting more than you're inputing so you're going to have days like that. Good for you for getting BBoss to sign off on your work! Nice CYA there! Proud of ya!!! I think your stress is what's happening to your band right now. That happened to me last week. Got bad stuck at lunch. DD had just thrown a HUGE hissy fit at the pool and I was wound up tighter than a clock! I've gotta watch that. If I'd had a cup of soup, the broth would've helped and I could've eaten the soup probably with no problems but the chili rellano, did NOT want to go down and it's always been my "go to." So lesson learned for me. I'm sorry the scale hasn't been moving. I was there a bit ago. I had to start tracking my food again. It was a real eye opener. Geez there's so much HEADSTUFF! Sometimes I just wish I didn't have to deal with all of that crap! Sometimes I think about it but I really do know better and in all honesty, I'd rather be able to eat. Course that's what got me in this position to begin with, my love of food, but at least I'm losing, as slow as it is. Plain needs to keep his loose lips CLOSED!!!! :smile2: ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ PJTP: So DH made it home today. Thank GOD! And I seriously mean that! He decided we should go out to lunch so we headed up to the lake. Nice. When we got home and stopped at the mailbox, my new purse was in there! I just ordered it Thursday!! It's from REI and was on clearance for 50% off, then I got another 20% off! So it was normally a $60 bag and I got it for $24!!!! So exciting! I loved the purse I had but with my new glasses and having to wear either the readers or the sunglasses ALL the time, I now have to carry all that crap with me. ALL the time! My other purse barely held what I needed before all of that. So I found this bag for an amount that I was willing to spend right now and it came today. Okay. It's a flippin' TOTE bag! I could frickin' pack for a weekend away with this thing!! I really like it tho. And the extra room may come in handy since I'm always looking for a spot to stash something til I get home. I'm going to use it for a day or 2 and see how I like it. We'll see. It may end up so big that even with all of the pockets, stuff may still get lost in there! We'll see! Okay, I'm thirsty and need to throw some towels in the laundry. I'll try to BBL! Have a great evening!

PASTA W/EGGPLANT RAGU from eatingwell.com (found on foodnetwork.com) 2 teaspoons extra virgin olive oil 1 onion, chopped 2 cloves garlic, minced (I always at least double b/c i like garlic... a lot) 1 eggplant, 1-1 1/4lbs, diced salt & pepper to taste 2 cups prepared marinara sauce red or yellow bell pepper, diced (or I use whatever I have on hand) 3 tablespoons chopped fresh basil 12 oz. pasta, preferably penne 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese or 1/4 cup freshly grated parmesan Put a large salted pot of water on to boil. Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat, Add onion and garlic and cook, stirring, until softened, about 4 minutes. Add eggplant and cook, stirring, for 2 minutes more. Season with salt and pepper. Stir in marinara sauce and bring to a simmer. Cover and cook, stirring occasionally, until eggplant is almost tenter, about 20 minutes. Add bell pepper and basil; cover and cook for 5 minutes more. Meanwhile, cook pasta in boiling water until al dente, 8-10 minutes. Drain and toss with sauce. Sprinkle with feta or parmesan and serve. *Those are the written instructions, my pasta doesn't take that long to cook, so read the pkge directions too. Also, you can vary the size of the eggplant and how much sauce you use, if needed. Enjoy!!

*Ebony, sounds like a great weekend! And the dinner your DD made sounded wonderful too. Good on ya re: work! Go get 'em girlfriend!!! *Tap, I'm so sorry. I know they make special lamps and lightbulbs that can go in existing lamps to help with SAD. Have you tried those? Couldn't hurt and may help! Take care and don't stay away too long. *KC, great pic of you and your mom. So glad the race was such a success! *Mac, sounds like you did a GREAT job! WTG!! And happy birthday! *G4E, so sorry about your sis and BIL, prayers going up. *Ragu Recipe will post below so you only have to print that post and not get any of my garbage with it. PJTP: So I've been following a dog rescue site that does giant breeds. We want a Newfoundland someday. I was on there yesterday and they have THE cutest newfie puppy! Called Cinnamon and it's color is just that! SO CUTE! Hopefully he finds a good home soon. Tho where he's at is great too. Was in such a funk this last week. Feeling a little better today. Maybe b/c I know DH is on his way home and he can take over with DD. I'm exhausted and that's part of the problem. So I think I've caught up with everyone from the near week I was off-site. I hope everyone has a good Monday! TTFN! Recipe below.

Hey y'all! Looks like you've been busy! Thread hit a couple of milestones! WhooHoo! *Ebony, I pray that next week is better and you get a call about a new job! *Tap, I'm sorry you're in a funk. I think it's contagious. *Mac, sorry about the job. *KC, glad the folks made it! Best wishes on your walk tomorrow. *g4e, don't feel sorry about your emotions. I totally get where you're coming from. I have a sister. *Kat, congrats on the new baby and what a great name! *Beth, so sorry about your Dad. I agree with the others, make sure you follow all avenues of diagnoses. What about the last weekend of June? Or the 1st weekend of July? When does the semester end for you? *Plain, sorry about the extra time off. I guess if it keeps you at least working some, it's okay but still... *I know I'm missing people/stuff and I'm sorry. PJTP: Kind of "off" this week. Don't know what's up. Tired I guess. I need some "me" time and that's not going to happen anytime soon. Oh well. Story of my life. 'Night all!

Wish I could, actually already did with the laundry. Should have done a load last week. DD was down to the last pair of panties and she was wearing them! And work? Nope, they needed checks for tomorrow and once we leave the house for swim on the AM, we won't be back til after dinner sometime. So had to get done today so I might as well do all of it and get it over with. Oh that sounds good! Good thing I'm already home from the store and in my nightie! Oh Beth! You are going to feel that one in the morning! So sorry! I haven't noticed but then I don't always pay attention either! Sounds like it went well! Prayers for a quick turn-around and a positive call! I think that people aren't used to seeing you that way so you look a lot smaller than you are. To them. People have a crazy sense of size anyway. When I was my heaviest, if I mentioned what I actually weighed, people would be SHOCKED! But on the other hand, I was with a friend, who didn't know my numbers and we saw a HUGE woman and she commented to another friend later how she "felt bad for her and she was huge, must've weighed a good 250!!!" Okay, first of all the woman was probably over 500lbs, and she's right, both of us felt bad for her, (we helped her with something off a shelf cause she just couldn't move well enough to reach for it), and here I was sitting there at about 250lbs! People are shocked that I'm shooting for losing another 45+ lbs. Well, that puts me at a pretty good weight and we'll see what happens. And being the most wonderful, bestest friend ever she said, "Hell NO, get outta my house!" LOL!!! PJTP: Laundry is done, folded and put away. Dinner was another hit. Added some asparagus and crusty sourdough bread to the eggplant ragu and we had a great dinner. Love it when a plan comes together! 'Night all!

I like Dr. Seuss! You can also throw them on the pancake batter once you've put it on the griddle! Yummm! Whoo Hoo!!!! Congratulations! Will be praying that nothing goes wrong! No apologies needed! It was too flippin' funny! Try to come to the gathering! Happy Monday Glouc! That's why I posted up. I'm wanting to start making plans! I also need to kind of ballpark this thing $$ wise so I can save up for it. Glad you're feeling good today! Hawaii sounds like fun! Never been. Hope he works out! Always nice to have someone reliable AND competent. Sorry you're so tight. Feel better! Best wishes on you testing! Ebony, prayers that your interview went great! Sorry about the added duties. WTG on the wogging! Wow! On the storms! I love t-storms! Just they usually happen during a sucky time of year (summer). Have a great day! Sounds like a fun one. LOL on the sledgehammer! Best wishes finding a contractor. Wow! Great sleep! Hopefully the next couple of days don't kill ya! PJTP: DD had swim again today. Scratched her knee on the plastic grate that goes around the pool during class so we had to file and sign an incident report! Ridiculous! But that's sue happy CA for ya! Gotta always CYA just in case. Went shopping and bought the stuff I needed for the eggplant ragu I'm making tonight. Doing laundry now and SHOULD be working since we won't be home at all tomorrow til late. Just don't wanna work! Can't wait to get my glasses! Well, I've gotta go move the laundry from one machine to the other and then I've GOT to get my work done! Hopefully I'll BBL! TTFN!

What a great thread! Thanks for starting it RM!! Today I wore a dress (long, casual, sleeveless) that I'd only worn a couple of times about 6 years ago. I bought it when I was at my lowest with WW and it was still a little too snug around the middle so I was uncomfortable in it. Put it in the back of the closet. Soon regained nearly all of what I'd lost on WW. Fast forward to Friday and packing for a couple of days up to my mom's. Saw the dress and wondered. Hmmm. Threw it on and it went all the way down! No hanging up on the hips, butt or abdomen!! WhooHoo! Took it off and put it in the suitcase. Wore it home today and it was so comfortable! A few days ago was wearing a pair of shorts that I've been putting off getting rid of. They're comfy. Well, that's b/c they're so loose! Went to the FARMER'S MARKET and was carrying my DD as she slept on me and almost, literally, lost my shorts! YIKES! Came home and threw them in the laundry. As soon as they're washed they go in the to-go pile to be given away! And that's just a clothes thing. I can't even believe where I am today after nearly a year with the band. I've had some bad days and a couple of set-backs but I've also had some GREAT days! More energy, moving easier, less pain, feeling better about myself in general, etc. We went on a hike a couple of weeks ago. Hadn't been on this hike in over 10 yrs. It about killed me the last time I was on it. Feet, legs, asthma (exercise induced), etc. Last month, it was a BREEZE! I did SO good! I was tired and a little sore but in a good way. Thought the next AM I wouldn't be able to move but by that evening, after dinner even, I'd already recovered!!!! I couldn't believe it!! I can't WAIT to do more hiking! I haven't been able to walk for some time now since it's been so bloomin' hot here and it makes me pissy that I can't get out there like I want too! The high school pool is going to be closing for the season next weekend and I'm totally bummed! Darn it! I want to swim! No way a year ago, would I have been thinking these thoughts and doing these things! Last year my DD was in swim lessons for babies/toddlers and I had to be in the pool with her. I hated it! I was so embarrassed! This year, she has lessons with an instructor and I can't be in the pool with her and I'm so bummed! Mentally it's confusing and exasperating and curious and scary and exciting and and, well, everything!
-
It's different for everyone. Have you gotten stuck or uncomfortable with anything you've tried so far? Are you still on mushies or soft foods, or ?? I'm nearly a year out, have pretty decent restriction and as long as I go slow (don't eat too fast) I can still eat anything. I do find that I don't eat as much bread as I used to. Or Pasta or really rice. I do still eat those, just not as much. I LOVE Mexican food. When we go, I eat Beans, soup, chili rellano, enchiladas, tamales, quesadilla, whatever I feel like having. Sometimes it's a taco or burrito. Just depends on my mood. Have fun!
-
:crying::sleep::sad::lol: That is too funny! Blueberries, throw them in zipper bags and throw them in the freezer. Then you can make breads and muffins for friends and family at the holidays! Easy peasy and YOU don't have to eat 'em!!
-
Thanks! Yes we had fun, yes Sat. PM sucked! LOL! Feeling better today. If my migraines don't get somewhat less after I get my new glasses, then I'm going to have to go back to my PCP. May have to do another MRI and see if there are any changes. Your DH is funny! How do you handle the carbonation! It scares me! Haven't had hardly anything to drink since banding either. Nervous about it! We did have a blast! Wish I hadn't been ko'd by the other. I felt like a party pooper! How was the movie? DH really liked it. He and the boys watched it at work. Oh Fanny, I sure as holy hell hope this works this time! Best wishes!! (((hugs))) and prayers! I'm so sorry you're in a funk! I sure hope you feel better tomorrow. COOL! Drinks for dinner! Works for me! DRUNK TYPING!!!!! You are SO going to hate this post later when you sober up! LOL! *Hi TPG!! PJTP: Nothing exciting to report here! Eventually went to dinner and got pizza. Came home, put kiddo to bed, took a shower and paid the bills online. Yep. Lots of excitement here! ~~~~~~~~~~~ We all gotta get on the ball about June 2010! If I remember right, She Smiles was pretty flexible. Also if I remember right, later in June sounded better for some and others were open to anything. Are we thinking arriving on Friday, leaving Sunday or Monday? What's your preference Lu? Also, accommodations? Ya gotta give us what you're thinking/expecting Lu and what you prefer! And what's in your area for lodging, do we need car rentals? Do we all want to be trying to hit DFW about the same time if we're flying? June weekend dates (Fridays): 4th 11th 18th 25th Let's pick a date! 'Night!
-
Hey y'all! Back from mom's. Holy moly there was a lot to read! About 15 pages or so! Good weekend but the driving slays me. Took us nearly 4 1/2 hrs on Friday and 3 1/2 today. UGH! It's kind of a rough turn-around. Had a blast at Funderland yesterday. Step-sister and nephew came with us. Way fun. Nephew is 3 weeks older than DD and they get along GREAT. Two peas in a pod. DD got to ride the ponys twice. No fear. Nothing. Sat the pony liked she'd been born on a horse! My mom is beside herself with excitement! LOL! DD was ready to take one home! The 2nd ride she got to take was a bigger pony, in between the little ponys and the bigger horses there, and he likes to go fast, DD wanted him to go faster! LOL! Went great. Later the family was having a BBQ at step-dad's. I ended up crashing that afternoon and stayed at mom's while she took DD to step-dad's place. I got to spend about 4 hours or so by myself! Would have been better had I not had a migraine and been cramping but hey, I'll take it anyway! LOL! *Mac, sorry about your crash! Hope the knee heals fast. Mom and step-dad are doing a bike run next Saturday around some lake up there. Are you doing it? Wish I could remember what it was called, darn it! Well, hi to everyone! Have a great evening! Off to get a snack. Lunch was a long time ago and I have no idea when dinner will be. DH is asleep on the couch! Another medical aid in the middle of the night last night! Stupid people can't do their emergencies during the day! LOL! Try to BBL!
-
WTG, Kristen! Last week: 178.2 This week: 177.4 Total loss: -.8 Fine with that. Have a great week all!
-
Well, best wishes! Keep up the good work. You CAN do this! Congratulations on your Bandiversary!! And 9lbs is nothing to sneeze at! You did great! My bandiversary is the 25th. I'm hoping for 170 but don't think I'm going to hit it. I'm just trying to get as close as possible at this point. I weighed 177.4 this AM. Just shy of a lb loss for the week. :crying:

Hi Fanny!!
-
*TPG, for more smilies, go to the smilie box and click on "more" and that will open another window (does for me anyway) and there's a whole 'nuther world of smilies! *Lu, glad you're taking her out. Great of you to keep their dog for them. Just be prepared for the bill after your eye exam! :tt2: *KC, 24hr day... UGH!! *G4E, how do you like living in the Ghetto? LOL! *Kat, trailer trash barbie doll? Can't see THAT one at all! *Ebony, best wishes for Monday! Lots of prayers for you! *Beth, bummer about the job but you're right, you can concentrate on school now. *Glouc, re: the sandwich, I know what you mean. I put too much food on my plate tonight and still ATE IT ALL!!! I don't know WHY I do that AND Friday is my "official" WI day so I pork out the night before. Nice way to sabotage myself there! WI will suck and it'll piss me off. *Diva, love our little farmer's market but ours only has fruits and veggies. We have a CSA farm box that we get every week so we just buy fruit at the market or veggies that I need for recipes that didn't come in our box that week. Didn't realize you lived in Sac! Mom lives in Rancho. Maybe when I'm up there sometime, we could hook up. *Lu, you look fantastic! *KC, wish I was more of a baker. I try but most times it just drives me nuts. It's too precise. I have a hard time leaving recipes alone! LOL! *Kristen, hope you had a great run tonight! *Beth, Guts or Balls was funny. Thanks for posting it! *G4E, is everything okay at work or it was just a weird day? Don't feel too bad. I haven't gone on my walk in so long I'm going to have to flippin' start over! Stupid heat! *KC, LOL on the bat wing pic! That would be fun! *Kat, I am so sorry for your BIL. That is just awful! WTG on the shopping trip! I sure hope she likes the pony ride! She thinks she's so into it I don't want her to be scared or disappointed. My mom grew up with horses and would love to encourage that with DD. *Kristen, I don't think we'll ever own a horse, tho sometimes I wouldn't mind, just A LOT of work and we like to travel so I have enough issues with the dog and depending on the year, watering. But it would be nice if she liked riding and we could do that when we visit my mom. KNEW you wouldn't let that one go!! LOL! Wonder who she'll pop up as next? THAT is SO cool!! OH. MY. GOODNESS!! What she said! And I left my glasses with the doc! Dammit! At least they would've helped a little! BEST WISHES!! Let us know how it goes! I'm still up, barely! LOL! It's nearly 11 here. Okay, I've got things to do before I crash for the night. Don't know if I'll get to check in at all this weekend, so if I don't - I hope everyone has a great weekend! 'Night!
-
So cool! Congrats on the new knickers! Isn't it wonderful?! Almost lost my shorts today. Literally! :juggle: After the wash is done, they're in the to-go pile! Gotta love it!

Shredded cabbage in meatloaf???
heartfire replied to georgia girl's topic in LAP-BAND Surgery Forums
No but it sounds great! I love cabbage. I suppose it would matter on how well you tolerate cabbage. If you can eat greens/fibrous foods, then you'd probably be safe to try it. Experiment! You might yourself a fantastic new recipe that becomes an old favorite! Would you mind sharing the recipe? -
Did you hear me clapping? LOL! 'Night. Again!
-
So sorry about your friend, Kat. What great neighbors/friends you are! Special people indeed. Just as Lu and her DH. 'Night!
