Omg so inspiring! I am having revision band to sleeve on dec 10th, nervous and excited all at once! I've gain back another 40lbs since April with band complications. I can't wait to get it off and then some!

That's awesome that you're already down 20! I got excited to see your post because ill be sleeved the 10th and was tryin to gage the weight loss possibility by Christmas (I know everyone looses differently) Does it hurt to drink the protien or just feel heavy and weird?

Omg I totally feel you! I'm in tears thinking how horrible I've been all week, terrified to see what my scale tells me tomorrow. I don't go in for pre-op till dec 3 an surgery the 10th. I've gained 30lbs since April. Last 5/10 this last month. I'm trying to get things back under control. Nothing fits, I'm so depressed, don't wanna be in holiday pictures ect. Gonna try going on protien only drinks with maybe veggie snacks or something very low cal so I can chew. I'm praying to lose a few before my pre-op appointment and a few more the week before surgery. I keep having panic attacks that the 10th will come and 1 of 2 things will happen. Ill die and miss out on my child's life because I had another surgery or 2 it'll go smooth and I won't lose anything. I know it's just me getting scared that its coming up so fast but I hear ya. You're not the only one

My little sister has always been the skinny one, im talking size 0-2, a 4 on a bad day. 6yrs ago sh got a boob job and went from a A cup to a C cup. She is having them redone today to correct an issue with never damage from original surgeon and have the silicone removed and having the gummies put in. She is also going up to a full D.

Told my ex-husband that I need my gallbladder removed, since he'll have to watch our 5yr old. His primary reason for the affair and divorce was my weight. So I never told him I had lapband, ill be damned if I have to say it failed an I'm getting sleeved. Not giving him the satisfaction. Plan on using this new tool to make myself healthy, if I just happen to be come a skinny hot momma I can't help it if in the 10000 degree Texas weather I pick up my son in tiny shorts and sexy top to make his life more hell with his psycho gf hahaha.

Are you allowed any Peanut Butter? I know weird question. But I was trying to choke down a Adkins advantage vanilla shake today, ended up putting it in my blender with a banana, teaspoon Hershey fat free sugar free syrup (15 calories) and a table spoon peanut butter (90 calories). It actually was pretty tasty and kept me full for about 4 hours. Just a thought, to try and spice up these funky shakes. I'm gonna keep playing with altering them with out adding too many calories so when I'm post op I have a clue what I can stomach lol

I tell ya www.fredericks.com is the place for awesome stuff to make you feel sexy. When I'm feeling insecure about my belly fat and don't want to put on a nighty because I feel I look pregnant with this big belly. Just slap on a corset, makes you feel empowered, your still covered up and can help give you an hour glass look

My cousin went from a size 18/20 to a size 2/4, she didn't lose her boobs until the last 10-15lbs of her weightloss. She went from a full D to barely a B, so it is possible for them to shrink. Ps. She's never had small boobs, are family is gifted (cursed?) with large ones so she was surprised when she lost them

Love reading all these posts of successful weightloss, I can't wait to join in (surgery date dec 10) Before wls, how many of you guys EVER used the phrase "it's been so easy" or "I dont even workout" when it came to weightloss? I love it! Did you ever think in your wildest dreams that it could be done, let alone by you?

Totally agree, this is a tool. Like having a gym membership, if you have it and don't use it it does nothing for you. I had wls 5yrs ago with lapband and its been a roller coaster ride from hell. I'm so happy to be getting this removed and switched over to the sleeve. We have all struggled with weight & know how terribly hard it is to lose. Most of us have felt that we'd never be able to lose it or feel good about ourselves. I've read many posts over these last 8months see comments about "how easy weightloss is" my thoughts are that they are referencing compared to what they have experience their whole life of trying to lose and not being able to. To them was asking if they ever thought in their wildest dreams that they'd be able to lose the weight & make that statement. Regardless of smooth sailing or rough journey they're traveling

I feel ya, I've had straight up hell with lap band for 5yrs. Scared to death of failing. But with all the success stories & support on this forum I feel confident I'm making the right decision. Got my surgery date yesterday for Dec 10th, excited yet upset that after all these months jumping through hoops I can't get it done this month, but have decided to use these 30 days to prove I'm strong enough to drop some of this weight on my own (I've never been able to keep it off) start Protein drinks, work out extra hard & then get my revision surgery. I'm very motivated by the idea that at the point surgery date is finally here, which would be when I would normally start gaining back. Ill be sleeved, band removed & body won't get the chance to gain it back

Awesome, I've been looking for something new to try. Been contemplating the price but really seems to break down to like $5 a day, so not bad since I've been cutting out fast food & star bucks I'm getting sleeved dec 10th so getting prepared

Got my surgery date finally so very blessed and happy but it's bitter sweet, can't do it till dec 10th. I'm heart broken because doctor had told me that I would be able to do it by thanksgiving and his nurse just said he doesn't know what he has going on. Also means instead of being almost healed by Christmas that I'm gonna be really sore still I'm happy to have the date but I'm also bawling because he had my hopes up for this month. I asked her if she can see if she has any cancelations or anything they can do because all the time I saved up for surgery expires the 21st of December Yeah, I'm praying she actually checks to see if she can get me in this month. She said shed call the OR and check but not to get my hopes up

Just got the call, I'm approved!!! My nurse is out with a family emergency but they say she Should be calling tomorrow or this week to set my surgery date! I'm so happy

Hey guys, waiting to talk to my nurse about surgery date & prep. Looking over their guide I don't see that they 1-2wks liquids only. Ill confirm once she finally calls me, but wanted to see if anyone didn't have to liquids only before surgery.
