Yes that is my concern is getting a good routine down with my food and Water before starting the crazy world of packing lunches and planning dinner while in a meeting! 6 months Post Op vitamin question

I have friends who use them but I am about a month out from My surgery date and wa told by one of the Baratric nurses that they have found the Patches are not effective. I am Not deficient in any way so I plan on using them. If my first post op blood work shows they are not working I will switch. But like you , I can't swallow all those pills! Have they ordered an endoscopy for you? If not they should. I had the same issue and come to find out I have Barrett's Esophagus and an hietal hernia. That means I am Not eligible for sleeve any longer and have to have the Ren y. I really encourage you to get an endoscopy as if they open you up and you have ulcers, hernia Eric they will not complete your surgery! Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App

I am getting my surgery date today! My last meeting we talked about Vitamins and I was told that Vitamin Patches were not proven to be effective .
