Had an unexpected major stress event last night. Immediately my thoughts went to opening a bottle of wine. But went to freezer for a sugar free popsicle! Ok, I had three of them. ☺ Progress.

Ha ha. There is a wine bar in my area that sells them for eat in consumption. Then again there is the sugar, carbs, and calories thing again......
