Haven't had surgery yet but surgeon said to take pills next day and to not crush them. He seemed confident I will be able to. -
I agree that it is important to rely on your surgeons experience and judgement. It is my understanding that the weightloss long term is the same no matter the bougie size. Maybe a second opinion?

Maggie- back to an earlier question you had about a plan when we get home. I live by myself and have friends lined up if I need help, but my plan is for a smooth recovery. sleep, sip, walk, repeat. I need to keep it simplistic while being fully aware of potential complications. Jc - all will go well on Monday! -

June 23rd for me. Had blood work, ekg, and xray today. Hope I am good to go. Excited and a little nervous.
