I was told 1 week liquids all day and salad w/ 3 oz of chicken breast fat free dressing...?..drink at least 3 premier proteins a day -

Mine is July 15th. So much to do before then! They want me on a week pre op diet. I just recently heard about the hair loss related to surgery so I am getting OGX biotin & collagen shampoo which someone told me about. Other than that no worries! lol
