Hey they said take a shower night before a shower the day of and wash your hair☹️ I have a lot of hair it's so thick and I can't braid plus I don't get perms I have natural pretty hair but it's so thick that I have to keep it done. I just don't want to wash it day of I was going to get it fixed in like some updo I can't do hair and I'm sure I'll be in too much pain to attempt to do anything with it. I have a lot of hair I must stress. Lol

oh wow how do you no longer have sleep apnea I never heard that one before that's a good thing but at the wrong timing, I have sleep apnea and high blood pressure plus severe depression. I got approved but I don't know if I should keep eating or just start the liquid diet on the 7/21. I wish you the best!

@@podg25 I'm only 35 BMI then I was loosing weight by change of food habits because I didn't know if I was gonna get approved but yes I did so I had lost weight. I'm trying to eat now to gain a few before I do the liquid diet I don't know if I'll do the two weeks because I'm not at the BMI I was and don't want to be too small, just my crazy thinking that they'll think I'm too small but I have other qualifications like hbp, sleep apnea,etc. I'm just lost here

I gained some weight because I didn't want to be too low on weight being that my bmi is just 35 and I had lost at first because I didn't know if I'll be approved so I did and now I'm eating to gain a few. I was going to ask if anyone knew if this pre op diet was a BMI stipulation. My Dr told me pre op diet is not required. It is reccomended so I'm going to do it. But I am also under 40 BMI so idk if that's why he's not as strict?
