@@tbella67 yes I had glue too but I bought Neosporin pain itch and scar ointment and after my warm shower I put it in and it worked miracles. I hope you feel better.

Do you have the paper the dr office gave you because mine specifically states what you can have and when and how much. I have two protein shakes a day Breakfast, lunch. So see if you have that it will help you out tremendously. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App -

Just got told that!! Exact words : you're not fat enough for Bariatric surgery! Well apparently my dr thinks so! Lol I've been told that so many times surgery this Tuesday to me I'm fat and the issues that i have is my greatest reason. I want to live a nice life so they can get over it. I did the liver diet but I didn't do two weeks but I'm drinking lots of liquid so I hope I don't loose too much more only have til Tuesday but I did loose quite a bit already cutting out sodas and sweets helped a lot I'm not a big eater but I gain weight and couldn't loose it. Just send me a message and let me know how you're doing I have surgery tues at 7am I'll let you know how it goes. Hang in there we can do this @@podg25 -
