    Almost a year post-op

    So I'm down 100 from my highest and 88 from my surgery date 6/13 I have 3 lbs till goal but what I have found works for me is changing it up like they said I allow one cheat meal probably about 2x a week but I work out 5 days a week 40 cardio and weight training 20 mins I switch that up too I'll run some days eliptical walk stepper you shock your body basically but my calorie goal is 1000-1200 and carbs are 50gr per day Sent from my SM-G935T using the BariatricPal App

  4. so for the last month or so I have found that I dip occasionally in sweets I try not to do it to much but at least 2 timeso a week's I'll have a cookie or a bite of cake I the remainder of the day I'm usually sticking with my diet I'm 6 months post op sw was 227 and cw 148 I find that I stalled a lot through the process and when I do I bounce back 2lbs or so until lose again I get my daily Protein and my meals are 1/2 cup mostly meats and cheese some veggies here and there is get my Water in and workout 5 days a week 1hr 40 cardio 20 weight training but I'm scared at my dipping situation I truly don't want to regain any weight and would prefer to lost another 20 if I can so I want to know about a pouch reset or something that can trigger my mind and body back together I'm conscious of what I'm doing because I count my carbs and even when I cheat I account for them but I need help Sent from my SM-G935T using the BariatricPal App

So i know my body and have gotteb use to stalling every month for like 2 weeks then losing for a week but gaining during a stall not good so i weighed 163 friday and by sunday 166 and today 167 and usually i bounce around 1-2lbs during a stall but this scale is creeping up daily and im kind of pissed its very discouraging.....i dont usually weigh this often just did it because i wanted to make sure i didnt go up more then 2 and make sure this is a stall but it seems to be more than a stall to me ....i know im venting just 4lbs up is a lot and in less then a week crazy Sent from my SM-G935T using the BariatricPal App

So i been doing really good at least i think so and im strict and i excersize but yesterday i went out with my husband and he got some krispy kreme doughnuts and i tried to just take a taste but the entire one went down and so easily and then i had another and i ate one more today they are all gone now and im glad about it because i feel so guilty for letting myself go that dang easy so now im pissed at myself ehhh Sent from my SM-G935T using the BariatricPal App

    Deductible and out of pocket

    Lossing slow

    So im 4 months out and realize i constantly stall and the last one was 4 weeks long i up my Protein by drinking 2 shakes per day and my meal sizes are still 1/4 but my nut recently mentioned to me my calorie intake was also low because i work out 5 days a week you should dicuss with your nut your daily routine and try to even do jumping jacks in the house if you cant get out walk up and down the stairs for 20 mins also carbs will slow your weight lost im not suppose to go over 50grams a day myfitnesspal is a great easy app to track food and it also can tell you how much everything has in it Sent from my SM-G935T using the BariatricPal App

    Craving Popcorn

    So ive had the same cravings and have eaten popcorn but im almost 4 months out ive had it about 3 times since i was 2 months out up untill now what i will say is be carful how much you eat of it because it is a slider food and you can consume more of it then other food the restriction isnt as great with popcorn and i know my nut said to try and avoid those things too if its going to set you back dont do it but my personal opinion a little bit at family time measured once in a while might be ok Sent from my SM-G935T using the BariatricPal App

So i understand that stalls are normal and im trying to not bug out because this aint my first one i have a stall for about 2 weeks then in breaks one week and stall again 2 weeks but this is my 3rd week going on 4th and ive only been sleeved for just over 3 months its getting frustrating and no matter what i try nothing breaks it....just dont get why im having so many so soon and i feel like i have ways to go..............discouraging Sent from my SM-G935T using the BariatricPal App

    To many stalls

    I remember when you told me this the first time I was experiencing a stall and I would just think "how can she expect me to "embrace" it!?". I am so thankful now because I only understood the meaning of it now that it's over. We panic so much but there is no need to. There is a lot your body is catching up with or preparing for in the background while you think the process has "stalled". It hasn't. It's working in the background. Just hang on there. I know it is counterintuitive, but not eating enough can slow your weight loss as much as eating too much.   25. So my nut never gave me a number for calories but im 3 months out and want to know how much is everyone getting in. I work out 5 days a week i burn around 400 calories and i eat 800 calories a day drink Protein and my Water but i feel like im eating to much some days or to many times a day some times i eat 5 meals and a snack i work nights so my schedule is all funky on different days Sent from my SM-G935T using the BariatricPal App
