What you eat makes a huge difference in your weight loss you might want to consider going back to basics high protein low carb low calories for the next few weeks -
I count carbs and calories so if it fits with in your plan then I would go for it I would probably just do 1 slice to still limit the amount because carbs add up quick and on my diet I'm allowed 50 carbs per day and 1200 calories

Thank you yes I feel so much better

I do it everyday twice a day I have hit my goal weight and it helped when I found myself slip to get back on track because I saw that scale move in the wrong direction anything more then 2lb up I'm checking myself. I know people say it's not healthy but to me it motivated me to keep pushing to get to goal

Jesm1029 replied to francesalisha79's topic in POST-Operation Weight Loss Surgery Q&A
At 6 months and until I hit a year I'm suppose to eat half a cup of food then a year after its suppose to be for me 1 cup for the rest of my life to maintain and I found out the other day I could eat an entire bubba burger without the bun or veggies that was scary lol I'm 9 months out at goal 136 -
Well I'm guilty because we go to the movies once a month and I eat kettle corn every time I go it's something I look forward to it think you should consider are you far along is your weight lost target close or have you met it and is this going to open a door for other things because if you have enough will power to do it once in a while and stop then don't beat yourself up as long as you can control

It's a slider food you will be able to consume more and if your anything like me you will eat the whole thing
-
So that's great you lost a lot quick and your doing well. The only tips I have is to stick with the diet they give you once you stray it can be difficult to get back on for some so keep your goal in mind. High Protein low carbs

Am I eating too much???
Jesm1029 replied to Merm12210's topic in POST-Operation Weight Loss Surgery Q&A
Measure your food you don't want to undo the good that's my way of encouraging myself when I want to keep eating. Plus you should actually stop once your satisfied not full then 3 hrs later you could have enjoyed the other half. -
9 months out- trying to keep it in perspective

6 months post op and feeling like I'm on a slippery slope downhill
Jesm1029 replied to DeeM's topic in General Weight Loss Surgery Discussions
Interesting so I'm 2lbs from goal and I find myself eating sweets more now I don't beat myself up about it but I feel like I should be. I will eat like 2 spoons of a really bad banana pudding everyday because it's in the fridge. For me it's an out of sight out of mind thing I really won't go out the way to get something but if it's there then I'm eating it. I haven't gained any weight but I'm only 8 months out and I do work out 5 days a week. I know the struggle it's not easy and for me my will power is low if it's easily available. Just keep trying and like the post above if you can do it and stop good if not and your like me try to keep it away for limited occasions Sent from my SM-G935T using the BariatricPal App -
