I'm a joyful wife, mama, and health marketer. In 2005, I underwent gastric bypass surgery, changing the course of my life and health permanently. In the 11 years since, I've dedicated my work and writing to helping inspire others find their unique paths to wellness, balance, and devoted self-care. Today, I am passionately devoted to giving back to the bariatric community that supported me so lovingly in my newly post-op days.
