I'm a 43 mother of 3 and was hesitant to tell my Mom, but knew I had too. Of course she was like can't you just eat better and exercise. I explained to her about the things going on that you don't see like pre diabetes, fatty liver, high cholesterol, and sleep apnea. She understands my decision and is 100% on board. Good luck!
