I am on day 5 of liquid diet and have lost 5 lbs. the first day was murder, but the last two days I just could care less. Today my daughter ate in front of me and it didn't bother me at all. Hopefully it stays this way for the next nine days. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
