Is this yogurt okay to eat? Nutritional info below.

No it's lousy. And sf Popsicles are a waste of 15 empty calories each . No sense in reading labels if you don't know what they mean or the impact to your plan. Sent from my iPad using the BariatricPal App -
Your eating garbage and not moving and you wonder why your not losing? Were you not given any guidance / direction ? Or do ignore them because your special? Sent from my iPad using the BariatricPal App

Don't look for a group to support you. It's totally up to you to drive to what you want. Get your doctor on your side. The rest is nonsense. Sent from my iPad using the BariatricPal App -
It really should come as no surprise if you did all the research. What did you expect? You need an attitude adjustment and a refocus on why you had the surgery and what your primary goal was. The rest is not important. Health first vanity second. Buck up Sent from my iPad using the BariatricPal App

GP says to do Weight Watchers instead
trmertz replied to careya123's topic in Weight Loss Surgery Success Stories
I went to my PCP for the first time after VSG and I had to explain it to him and the medications with the whys. My conclusion is that just about anyone outside of your Bariatric care team do not know enough to render any qualified opinion. Btw all my cholesterol Meds, both diabetes Meds and two out of three blood pressure medications along with my megadoses of Vitamin D have been eliminated. Joyous here. Just me, but I was allowed Campbell's heart healthy tomoato soup made with Ultra skim milk. I didn't have any appetite so that felt good going down and had some flavor. At that point, I couldn't tolerate real cold stuff like ice beverages or popsickles very well. It was weird to swallow for quite a while but now I'm to the point where I don't think twice about drinking / swallowing more than a few sips time. I'm thinking that chugging anything is a thing of the past. Things will get better and better as time goes on. Hang in there.

Got My Surgery date but disappointed....
trmertz replied to Ambie's topic in PRE-Operation Weight Loss Surgery Q&A
I appreciated the time between when I started the journey in February to August 10 when I'm scheduled for my surgery. I enjoyed having the time to mull things over, search the internet for information read recipes and about others journeys, and watched "My 600 lb. Life" on cable TV which has inspired me to no end. Also, coping with the changes to my approach to eating and discovering my weak spots / triggers etc. Yes, if you have no control over the scheduling, make the most of it. The time will pass quickly. -

Is my BMI too low for the sleeve?

The reason that you wouldn't qualify is that in the long run it would do more harm to you under the circumstances than good. Sent from my iPad using the BariatricPal App -
Don't wait. You don't want a surprise or anxiety over it for sure you'll have more than enough to deal with. Sent from my iPad using the BariatricPal App
