Ugh- Been there done that! I got to the point where I almost submitted my appeal on my own! (Instead, I had them send all the initial paperwork, and I sent in "extras" to give the review committee an extra nudge)

Sorry it's taking so long! They'll come through in a few days, I know they will.

They have everything needed to make the decision... just have not gotten to it yet. They said they would contact the surgeon first then me. Breathing through the small details... They also said that they would probably contact me by the end of next week which is much sooner than the doctor's office said. I feel better having called
