I'm two days out. My instructions were the 2oz. of protein using 1% milk and 4-6 oz. of water/liquid each hour. Doing that all day should get me to my daily goal of 64 oz. of water and 32 oz. of protein. They didn't specify by the minute when to drink, as long as you are getting it in.
