Drink Protein, it's only your mind that's thinks it's hungry. Your really not. Take a walk, your fine, breath. I'm 5 days also. My mind is playing tricks on me. I just walk or drink Water when I think I'm hungry. I make sure I get my 3 Protein shakes in. And I walk 8 blocks now. Walking helps me feel so much better about myself. Trust me, your not hungry. I am day 5 now. The swallowing and stuff gets easier. You definitely know when you are full and need to rest for a bit. I like the fact that I was not the only the that felt that way though. Thank you for letting me know I was feeling normal Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
