    This website offers sample packs in their store. Granted now that i can eat bars they are easier for me to get protein in because its easier to eat at work. So some have 20g and 30g in one bar. The quest bars are good, the oh Yeah birthday cake is yummy. The vitamin shop has tons of choices that you can try in singles. Different protein meat sticks, protein "oatmeal", etc. prices arent bad either. Just shop the sales.

    I have nails and hou do not need to remove them i have blue tips amd the nail bed is clear, they can read your oxygen. I had my surgery6/9/16, and didnt have any issues
