Hoping someone can tell me about chia seeds

https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=kwUTPYm0Rn8 Here is a young woman that posts entertaining vsg videos. This is her chia bowl which is pretty good though I do not add the coconut sugar and eat less than she does -- but she is way post goal.

    Favorite Protein Shakes?

I love premier chocolate. It is at Sams club Walmart costco and I am told Walgreens. I know Costco has online. It is convenient and has high Protein. I really value the convenience of these as well, easy grab and go. I did like their vanilla but since surgery just can't do it anymore. My next favorite is unjury chicken broth. You should click links here and consider their starter kit. I found Bariatric Advantage a bit too sweet and pretty pricey. I regret buying so much at my surgeon office pre-op. Next I like Isopure unflavored. Good mixture odorless tasteless. Ograin is at Whole Foods but cost more than premier it has less protein, Vitamins, and Fiber and some have more sugar as well. So not a fan.
  3. I can appreciate that Alex, but I would add that it didn't come across like that and it would have been good for you to share background. I support freedom in forum and less policing. But, pasting in multiple website forums, being a constituent of another health crisis and not one that is the subject of forum (ED or anorexia or bullemia not wls obesity), and posting commentary that demonstrated an urgent psychological crisis ---to me, seem like someone that should have been directed elsewhere and not welcomed to continue radical discussions. It is almost like spam for a product that no one should want or is unsafe. I would also worry about how reputable users or physicians would view the site as a support tool in seeing a topic and poster lobbying for 21bmi wls. You are balancing a lot and I guess I prefer you being more open than restrictive, I think we deserved your most recent clarification as soon as this person reappeared.

    Tufts in Boston.

Well not vsg but I had an extended stay there due to blood clots about 10 years ago. Really impressed with that hospital and level of care.

    Facial hair *women only

Some laser is permanent some is not. With permanent you have to do multiple sessions.

Tria goes on sale from time to time at Nordstrom. I am member of sephora rewards and i splurged on one when I had a 20% discount and it happened to come with a lot of extra products. It is a lot but it is far less than multiple laser appointments. And it works. It takes time and you have to shave not wax or pluck while using but it works.

    Help me pls

Shakes, broth, add to water. I have 2 per day. It is important. What about water? Are your overall liquids good? I can also feel off if not hitting my 64oz
  8. Ok well my confusion based on your post. Whatever these post all seem not productive. Best to all. Out.

    Help me pls

Are you able to exercise? I felt so out of energy first 6 weeks. Being able to do weights and exercise helped me gain energy.

I agree I have been using Tria. I have been using it works. Can't be used on eyebrows but it is good for face and lip. So far it is far less and less thick. I see the permanent loss of facial hair in my future!
  12. I agree with all that has been shared. Each journey is unique but it can be so challenging to be patient and not see the slow pace as failure -- at least for me. My "supplement" Protein goal is 60 and then my meals are supposed to be protein first. You might want to look for salami or other cuts of meat that are similar to Jerky but have less or no sugar. Sugar is the main reason I have avoided jerky. As for desk job I sympathize as I am in that situation. I make it a point to walk around at least a few minutes every hour or so. Even if just out to parking lot and around building or around our interior space. I get a surprising amount of steps in this way. If you can swing something like that it could help you focus on moving other days.

    Augh a non answer

Definitely try the unflavored in broth. I had about a week post op where I could not stomach shakes, and still cannot use some that I had pre-surgery. I am really only on the Premier chocolate now. I would also strongly recommend the unjury chicken broth Protein powder, it is yummy. I use it as well. You can try it in the unjury starter kit which comes with a thermometer which is useful for all of your powders that you might mix with hot liquids (over 140degrees and it is a mess). Best of luck!
  14. Not sure if it was one I had only got like 8 pills I was instructed to take if needed. I only used once

    Bai Drinks

My nut says fine and i have tried. To me like @@Candygyrl they taste very artificial prefer lime water just got true lime, lemon, grapefruit and orange from Amazon. New favorite is the grapefruit. These are just powdered citrus no calories no sweetener. They also make some with stevia.

    Sushi?

Check your plan. But sashimi is a likely good and yummy start. You don't want to waste space with rice anyway.

    Reselling clothes

It seems like an exchange works well in major area like NYC but even there it is like a limited event. I have not even been able to make my practice's support group. But I would agree unless you make out at garage sale (which via Craigslist might be best bang with less time) probably best to just donate.

    Reselling clothes

Always a good place to consider if you have something business/business casual to go to good cause: https://www.dressforsuccess.org/get-involved/donation-drives/

    Sleep study

I would ask your surgeon especially since you have had anesthesia in past. I do not have snoring or sleep problem but had not gone under. I did not have sleep apnea and told them I would prefer to avoid sleep study. Didn't have one wasn't required did fine.
  20. I keep sharing this and they are amazing unlike any nasty liquid or chewable. Centrum vitaMINTS

    Need some flavor

True lime or true lemon has a nice crisp taste no calories or sugar but taste a little less tart than regular lemon or lime juice
  22. chycky

    I hate these vitamins

Well I take two does first off. I take calcium separately with my Vitamin D. I have not had Iron problems my labs two weeks ago were excellent. I do take a B50, B12, Biotin and keratin. I was actually told to decrease my b12 based on labs, so now only do it 3 times per week. The vitamints are great, but since I don't have to have chewables anymore I will probably move on to regulars ones that cost a bit less.

    Resleeve

I have not read that stretching is really possible unless the surgeon removed less of the stomach. Did your surgeon tell you how much was initially removed?
