Today I finally hit 100 pounds lost since my highest weight! I'm pretty stoked, and hoping I can get to goal weight by the time of my one-year surgiversary.

What!? What!? 💯 lbs! That is awesome. I can’t wait to be able to share that myself.

Thanks! Only another 22 pounds to have lost 100 since surgery, and 22 past that I will have finally hit goal. Not sure how long it will take - I find myself very tempted by warm, thick, savory or sweet foods and drinks (often hot) that are appearing now that the weather is getting cooler. Will definitely have to find substitutes to keep me satisfied and on track over the winter months!
