Yippeee!!!! I am having my surgery August 1

Hello, I started my Bariatric journey April 20, 2016. I have a surgery date of August 1, 2016 I have been doing very well pre-op, gave up diet soda right away and have been making changes weekly. However, I am so over confused about the Protein drink I will be using after surgery. Can someone please shed some light on suggestions of the Protein Drink (shakes) I should be shopping for. Thanks so much... I am so ready and excited for my new lifestyle

Sweet! Good for you.... I can't wait to do that. Right now I am getting ready to organize all my (don't fit) clothes in size order so I can be ready for the size changes and pass them on as soon as I am out of them
