I am scheduled to have my surgery on June 24th and I was instructed by my doctor, to eat as much Protein rich foods as possible and to start my liquid diet two days prior to surgery. That is it!!! Every doctor is so different. I am working out twice per day and trying to finish up eating all my veggies and fruits that I purchased last week. I am glad that every doctor is different.
