Have my direct email address as it's so muhc easier. I haven't been on the site for very long and am still finding my way about.

I was banded friday and am doing well I think. A little pain but didn't take any pain meds today.

Email me with whatever you like and I'll do my best to answer it as best I can. I have done 3 years of research so even if I haven't been through that particular topic I may know something about it.

I check my emails usually at least twice a day during the week, and once at the weekends.
