It's been awhile. I've managed to stall my weight loss purposely and I'm happy no complaints about a stall in which I created. I've been allowing myself carbs and a xmas cookie here and there. On the up side I have been managing to get up most mornings to workout at 6am before I go to work. Mainly doing resistance training no cardio. We'll see how it goes. I'd like to be 175 by 12/31 which is like 3 lbs away so I've got this!! Hope everyone is doing well!!!
