  1. I had my surgery 1 year and one month and a day ago today. I have barely lost 70lbs i have completely fell of the wagon. Four months after surgery i got a new position that involves me getting up at 2am and it was very difficult getting home and trying to get some exercise in and at this point even my exercise has gone completely down hill. All i wanted to do was just sleep. My food in take has gone from a set schedule to most of the time skipping Breakfast. At this point i have noticed that I munch on food when i am bored or stressed. I have been slowly going back to old habits. I don't have a very good support system and the some support i do have just doesn't understand. The one person who might understand tends to throw things in my face like my flaws. I don't want someone like that for me to go for when it comes to support or advice. I just need some time of advice opinion or some idea where i can have some type of snack at 6 am (break is only 15mins) be able to have a good 830 am breakfast (lunch is an hour long) and i can be able to handle my crazy hours at work.
