Gastric bypass neck/shoulder/chest pain

Anyone know what the common timeframe to have continued neck/shoulder and chest pain is after surgery. My stomach is no longer in pain however my neck is in an immense amount of pain. I had my surgery on the second of June (last Thursday). Any advise helps! Thanks! -

Yeah I know the gas can cause it but I didn't expect it to be this long. When I had my gallbladder taken out two years ago I only had the pain for maybe 2 days. I was much less active than I am now so that's where the worries stem from. -
If it is puss like go to the doctor. If its a clear pink liquid that is goopy per my surgeon it should be fine. He said ensure its okay if you fill up more than two gauze pads in a day with drainage then come in just to be safe.
