    My favorite thing was..... go to a Chinese restaurant and order won ton soup without anything in it but the broth.i drank so much of it.It helped me get through. Good luck

    So basically,same goes for me!! I had my sleeve done June 10. My start weight was 220... I lost ten pounds during the pre-op diet,so my weight on surgery day was 210. Today my weight is 181????.so I have only lost 29 pounds in 3 1/2 months.i do everything right. I'm not gonna give up,but I just thought it would be more.

    Ok,so clearly,me eating a slice of pizza freaked people out!! I get it! So reading all the responses freaked me out even more. Well today I had such a bad pain in my stomach area,kinda like sharp fiery pains,so I called my Doctor and they got me in for a CT scan. I'm thinking the whole time,that this pizza has done me in. Good news is he said my sleeve is beautiful (and by the way I came clean) and that it is perfect!! And the problem was my nerves firing at each other. So everyone...... My sleeve is beautiful,and it was a big lesson learned.

    They told me this week is puréed and soft food.... And to get about 70 grams of protein and 64 oz of water. But they didn't say how many calories or how many oz to eat at a sitting.im just really confused.

    Look,I know it was so stupid!! It took me about 45 min to eat,because I took such small bites and chewed it to death. However it was completely crazy. I am totally committed ,and I think it is more head hunger,and I can really tell if I'm hungry or I'm full. This has been my one and only slip,and I want to gag if I have to drink another shake.thanks for all the harsh feedback.i can take it and I deserve it.

      I did ok...... So I kinda did a bad thing.....I ate a slice of pizza, and I really chewed every bite! However I didn't feel in comfortably full. I'm maybe thinking my stomach isn't small enough. Any thoughts?

      be careful I don't think pizza is really classed as a soft food no matter how much its chewed as it can stretch the stomach. soft foods are pretty much like mashed veggies, scrambled eggs thick soups kinda things. did you have the lapband or sleeve? I know with mine (I had the band) I can eat about a cup of mashed veggies but I haven't had any fills yet.. if you have any concerns I'm sure your surgeon wouldn't mind you calling and asking.

    I'm 9 days post-op,and I can say that for me the thing that helped me the most was getting off the pain meds. They will make you feel worse. I had my sleeve done on a fri. Then Sunday morning around 2:30 am, I decided no more. I actually could have gone to work that Monday. And I cut hair for a living. Don't let it rule you! I know it hurts..... But you got this!!!! Good luck

    I am 8 days post-op,and I always have a growling stomach .....yes I'm doing all my protein and water. Is this normal? I really don't understand my body.Please help. Any suggestions ?

    So I'm 8 days post-op the sleeve surgery. Does anyone else have that starving feeling in their stomach all the time? And I don't think I can drink one more shake.i can figure out what I am supposed to be feeling. Any suggestions ?

      You don't have your nerves totally reconnected at 8 days. If you have a starving feeling in your stomach, that is probably stomach acid. Are you taking a PPI?
