    9 days out...

Oh yeah I can't do silk milk or anything like that. It's nasty lol. I buy protein2o at QT (gas station here in TX) but I know they have them on Amazon and some other random online retailers. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App

    9 days out...

Popsicles, flavored Water like crystal light, premier Protein + black coffee, protein2o, and Vitamin water zero. I also had some cream soup with no chunks. I don't care for that Atkins lift either but I like the protein 2o drinks. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App

    9 days out...

I had completely the opposite reaction. I lived (and still do lol) on sugar free Popsicles. I wasn't hungry at all but felt like I needed something and that hit the spot. I am 17 days out now and can eat puréed foods now but I still don't ever feel hungry. It's more like eating on a schedule. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App

    Any June sleevers out there?

I had my surgery 6/8 and hubby has his 6/29. I am currently stuck in my week 3 stall (boo! ) but have lost 17 lbs since surgery and 36 since my highest weight. I look forward to what is yet to come for both of us! Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App

    Pre-Op Need Motivation Help !

I started my weight loss by drinking a Protein shake instead of having Breakfast. I would add some raw fruit like an apple or clementine if I was feeling particularly hungry but it worked for that meal. Then I just tried to focus on making baby steps, I.e., one less soda a day, only one piece of bread with a meal, etc so it doesn't feel like a slap in the face type diet.
