My nutritionist has requested that I start a food journal and try to eat less than 100 carbs a day!!! Does anyone have any tips for food journaling? Or ways to keep below 100 carbs? Thank you all so much!

Hello I just found out today that my insurance has approved me for WLS! I got a total mix of emotions when I got the call from the scheduler to schedule my intake appointment, Any tips and tricks or helpful hints to for intake appointment?
