Hi! I am very new to WLS, and I am very excited. I have put it off for years and finally after several trips to the doctor resulting in new meds, I figured it was time. I am happy about that though, because initially I though that the lap band was for me, but now several years later, I see there are so many complications from it. I am pretty nervous and my husband doesn't support it, but I know this is something that I have to do for myself and my children. I have my 1st consult appointment next week and the excitement is outweighing the nerves!
