So I had my surgery on July 5th. I must say guys the night before was the worst. I told my whole family that i was not going to get the surgery!!!! Well nobody listened and I ended up going to the hospital at 5am. What calmed me down was a nice talk (more like i was talking to my self) with God. And I am not pushing God on anyone ( I'm not a faithful goer at all) but I strongly feel that God works in strong ways man... So my surgery was good. Last thing I remember was I was actually fighting the tech to not put that mask on my face... Well... I lost that battle and woke up to the kind nurses telling me not to pull the tube. But the joke is on them because I didn't feel no tube down my nose or in my throat. I was sooooooooooo PRESS to walk so I won't get any blood clots. The 2 day hospital stay was okay.. My night nurses and tech were love.. I am actually going to send them a gift because they were awesome... My day nurse was not that great... she left me in my room for hours and it was COLD.... Funny story though.... Mini background story... My sister and I got the surgery the same day... So after surgery the Dr. request that we get respiratory therapy meds. So when she came inside we quickly click and stared talking 15 turned into 30 mins and 30 turned into a hour. So I finally told her that my sister had the same surgery the same day and she was room 551. Well we was so engaged in out conversation that she forgot to stop the breathing treatment for my sister. So my sister was just sitting there waiting on the respiratory tech... Hahahaha... So now that i am exactly 1 week post op... I can tell you this much... The liquid diet phase SUCKS!!!! The puree diet phase kinda SUCKS!!! You have to measure everything Trial and error phase during puree diet. (So far my body has been able to tolerate everything I put in it.) You get tired for no reason Everyday IT DOES GET BETTER but... you will get over it People support you but... they still eat whatever they want in front of you You will never get to 64oz of Water a day... You will have strategically plan this out and wake up extremely early and go to bed late... Keep pushing and stick to your diet plan... organized as much as you can. My sister and I bought everything before the surgery. Poop will be black!!!! haha!!!! P.S if anybody can tell me how to put that weight loss tracker that would be love.. Weight Loss: 6/29: 460 7/5 (Day of Surgery): 454 7/12 (One week Post Op): 423 (Im losing muscle mass fast)

Hey everybody... So I had the surgery on 7/5 and been getting low grade fevers. Im out of the hospital and im okay i just want this day or weeks to be over.....Im not complaining or maybe I am....Ahhhhhhhhh everything hurts and everything is just ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh.... yeah im complaning becasue everybody goes through this stage... but ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh.....ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh I just hope next week it will be MUCH BETTER

I just need you guys wisdom!!! So it's Thursday June 30th and after my appt. I have a sore throat and a fever 101.1 what can I take to kill this.. I really think it's one of those 24 hrs bug because I had some thing like this before and it's the exact same feeling... So can I take Tylenol cold syrup?? Hello everybody!!!! My sister and I will be getting the surgery together on July 5th!!!! I am scared to death as this will be first major surgery... My sister is ready she just don't want to deal with the gas pain... I'm more like I just don't want to die on the table!!!!!!! I'm 444 pounds and already I have change my lifestyle... I know it sounds silly but I can go to a restaurant and only order one plate... I work out doing Zumba and I ride and walk almost all the time!!!!
