I feel sorry for those that have to be on a liquid diet post op. I'd go nuts. Day 3 and I was on puréed food. I still crave normal food, but I keep thinking about the outcome of this. I'll feel and look better. So it's all worth it. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App -

I had my surgery June 21st. First day wasn't bad at all. Second day was rough because of gas. I walked a lot. I also found rocking back and forth while sitting in a chair helped roll out the gas from my belly. Once I got that out, I'm feeling much better right now. I should be discharged today. Just had my gastric bypass yesterday the 21st. I got the gas shoulder pain pretty much right away. So I got up and walked the halls asap. I did quite a few laps around the halls and honestly felt much better afterwards. I am not hungry at all and not craving any food. I've been on ice chips and I feel satisfied.
