I wondered if any of you had success walking the dogs post op. I have two and they are large and pullers.... Should I leave them at home for a while post op or try it?

Ignore that part! Adjust the Protein and carbs to what you are supposed to be getting. I was thought I got to eat more when I was using that app at first also. Part of the reason I actually gained weight. My Nut said ignore and ignore when it says you haven't had enough calories. You are entitled to having feelings about this and as spouse you have merit voicing those same feelings. He has the right to hear what you say and make the decision. If he has the "fatty gene" even if he works out and eats right he may lose weight but.... the likelihood that he may gain it all back plus is there as well. Try and look at the positive he will be able to enjoy all the things you now enjoy w you. Nothing will be holding him back. You can have a solid relationship while doing loads of fun kick ass things! Awesome! I have been given all the nutrition info for the two week pre op... 500 cal less than 50 carbs and all liquid. I should be pleasant to be around... I gave up everything really quickly and then added stuff back in, I need to quit the caffeine and booze again. Wasn't hard the first time just need to set my mind too it.
