I heard it was REALLY overly hot in Texas and with the hurricane a'coming. It's hot enough in Atlanta; I can't imagine that crap. (I had originally typed "that blows" but thought it might not be appropriate!)

Doncha just love families? My dad's probably 6'1", 300 lbs and had the nerve to tell me, "you know, I think you're bigger than your (maternal) grandmother." Now his mom used to always says shit to him about his weight and now he's doing it to me? WTF? So being passive-aggressive as I am, I told my mother that if he ever said anything again, I'd just up and walk out. 0:-) But if anyone had called me a crack whore.....now that would be an entirely different can o'worms. Can't say I'd speak to that person again....well, that or I'd straight their ass out verbally!

OK can't find my original post...I actually really like "Jon and Kate plus 8" because the children are SO cute but I wish just once Jon would chew Kate's ass (keeping in mind we have no idea what happens off-camera). It's interesting that her parents aren't around though - maybe one of her parents is a controlling freak too? :wink2: She just needs to take a breath and calm down. I have had this exact thing happen to me! They're looking for someone with the same last name and our first initials are the same. I have called these idjuts 3x to tell them, "Hi hello, I am STILL not Joe Blow and don't know Joe Blow. Stop calling me!" OMFH, is this not illegal somehow?
