I haven't. I have read about people having gas really bad after the surgery so they recommend the Gas-X strips that melt in your mouth. FYI

Good luck to all the bandsters this week. You will all do great! It's great to hear from the newly banded that the pain is tolerable. I have a decent pain threshold but the whole getting out of bed thing makes me nervous.

Actually you will b/c Google holds the version of "excel" in its program. Cool huh? (It also has Word and powerpoint.) OK you guys, no more calling yourselves "stupid"! I have used excel for years and years but know nothing about, say, health/medicine. We all have our strengths so again, no more calling yourselves "stupid"! <jumping off soapbox> Anyone can open the spreadsheet but only those that have given me their email addresses will be able to edit their own details.

Wow, Renewed, you look completely different!!! I have a similar figure tho I need to lose more weight than you do. Now to ask the oh-so-typical question - how's the skin doing? Yanno, since so many of us are getting banded this month, I like to think of the surgeries two ways: 1) we are helping ourselves by helping our health! and 2) we are helping the economy by "spending" money!
