    Went to my first nutrition class on July 19. The dietitian made a suggestion since your not able to drink before during or after a meal, take some frozen grapes to suck on for moisture. Is there anymore ideas?

    Hi, I'm so glad I found this support group, I'm just starting my journey for a better life. It is great to be able to talk with others who are going through the same things. My journey is going to be a long one, I'll have to wait till mid October before surgery.
