I'm 7 weeks post op 7/12/16, I'm down 32 lbs, BUT I'M NAUSEOUS ALL THE TIME. I get up in the morning, start drinking Water and feel NAUSEOUS. I even take Zofran. This morning I ate a 10g Protein bar, before even drinking and I'm still feeling nauseous and even have been dry heaving the past 3 days. Any suggestions? I had my surgery one week ago today, was discharged Friday and back in the ER on Sunday, for 9 hours for dehydration. It has not been a good week. I'm regretting this. I hope better days are ahead. Hey there- I'm so sorry to hear you don't feel good right now. I had a revision from a brand to a sleeve (had sleeve for 6 years) and am doing great almost 6 weeks out. Other than the restriction and the small scars I never would have known I had surgery. I can promise you this does get much better!!! Remember you just had major surgery so go easy right now. The gas pains are the worst but the sooner you can get up and move around the better. Read some of the veteran posts here for inspiration and to see what you have to look forward to. This part is the worst but every day you will heal and every day you will feel a bit better. In a few weeks you will shake your head when you think of saying you regret this- because you won't. Follow your teams directions, take care and keep us posted. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App Thank you for the inspiring post. Sent from my SM-N920T using the BariatricPal App -

Hi daisygirl10. .. when I had post surgery gas pain I had my husband pat firmly and quickly all over my back (like burping a baby but all over) it really helped move it. The pain was in my shoulder and under my ribs Sent from my SM-G900F using the BariatricPal App I'm going to try that. Thank you for the response. Sent from my SM-N920T using the BariatricPal App -

**Please help!! I'm really struggling. I had my LapBand taken out with extensive scar tissue converted to GasticBypass on Tuesday and was just released from the hospital on Friday. I have major gas pains and left side back pain. I've never experienced this. I'm in alot of discomfort and I totally regret this decision. Please help. Sent from my SM-N920T using the BariatricPal App
