If you need the pain meds take them for heavens sake, this suffering because I am such a strong person crap is just that its crap. No need to suffer -
I am a side sleeper and found that if I used my abdominal binder and man is it a life saver!!!

I eat mashed potatoe flakes with pea Protein, I put mayo on it instead of butter and lemon pepper, just cause that's how I like them.
